Fedotov Pyotr Ivanovich (22.02.1922 – 21.01.1996) Fedotov Pyotr Ivanovich was born on February 22, 1922 on the farm Singinovsky now Sholokhovsky district of the Rostov region in a peasant family. He graduated from the Tambov Cavalry School in 1942. In the active army since 1943.
